From East Dulwich to Meganexus: An Insight Day with Mentivity

On Thursday, 26th June, Meganexus welcomed eight bright students from East Dulwich for an immersive and inspiring Insight Day, hosted in collaboration with Mentivity as part of our ongoing Social Good programme.
Led by Melanie Robinson, this initiative aimed to open young minds to the world of AI, tech, innovation, and career opportunities. Held in the Meganexus London offices, the event was a mix of storytelling, technology showcases, and interactive learning.
Opening doors to AI, innovation & career journeys
The day kicked off with powerful personal stories from Meganexus team members who shared their diverse educational paths and career journeys. Melanie reflected on her own evolution, from a 14-year-old girl with dreams of becoming a fashion designer to a dynamic professional now leading initiatives that drive real change.
Interactive tech demonstrations: AI, course design & interview tools
No Insight Day at Meganexus would be complete without diving into the cutting-edge technology we build.
- GENAIE showcase – Students had the opportunity to create their own online learning content using our AI-powered course builder, gaining first-hand experience in AI innovation.
- Interview tool demo – We walked them through our digital interview and assessment feature, sparking discussions on how tech is reshaping job readiness and employability.
The hands-on nature of these demos turned passive observation into active participation, giving students the chance to ask thoughtful questions and think like innovators.
Games, team activities & a whole lot of enthusiasm
To keep the energy high and spirits even higher, the team organised:
- Collaborative problem-solving games inspired by real-world digital challenges
- A tech-themed quiz with Meganexus merchandise
- Ice-breaker sessions that helped students connect with the Meganexus mission and with each other
What stood out most was the students’ eagerness to engage. From sharp marketing ideas to insightful career questions, they proved that young voices are not just the future–they are the present.
