Reed Wellbeing Partners with Meganexus to Deliver Health Interventions
THE CHALLENGE
Reed Wellbeing, a part of Reed Group, is a leading provider of health and wellbeing services in the UK. They deliver a wide range of public health programmes and interventions. The traditional in-person delivery had limitations in reach, flexibility, and engagement. To solve this issue, Reed Wellbeing needed a scalable and accessible digital solution to support individuals on their health improvement journeys.
The objective was to create a platform that could:
- Deliver a guided health plan digitally
- Enable user self-management and coach interaction
- Ensure inclusive design to accommodate diverse abilities, preferences, and accessibility needs
THE SOLUTION
Meganexus customised CAPTR, an intervention management platform, to develop a digital platform tailored to Reed Wellbeing’s service model. Built for scalability, the solution enables delivery of multiple wellbeing programmes through a single, user-friendly interface – My Wellbeing Hub.

In April 2025, Reed Wellbeing launched its first programme, Be Tobacco Free, through the platform. It is a 12-week online intervention to help individuals quit smoking.
My Wellbeing Hub empowers users to take control of their health journey with ongoing support from expert coaches.

THE IMPACT AND RESULTS
My Wellbeing Hub is now live and is accessible to all the partner organisations of Reed Wellbeing. The users complete a wellbeing quiz that personalises the experience, and allows them to navigate content and tasks at their own pace. The participants then begin their journey by accessing a structured wellbeing programme tailored to their individual needs. The platform is WCAG 2.1 compliant, ensuring inclusivity for users with diverse needs.
The coaches monitor each participant’s journey in real time. They view engagement metrics, track quiz results, and offer timely interventions based on the individual’s progress. The ability to send direct messages ensures personalised support is always within reach. Coaches also benefit from reporting features that facilitate progress documentation and impact evaluation, delivering more effective, data-informed care.
