As Entrepreneur in residence at University College London (UCL), Daniel launched Meganexus in 2004 with a brief to harness disruptive software and big data to benefit the most overlooked sectors of society - people facing challenges including worklessness, homelessness and mental health issues. A successful serial entrepreneur, Daniel started his first computer business at the age of 13 and has founded, mentored and managed a series of high growth tech companies. He has authored several books, papers and patents.

Paul is responsible for the Meganexus development teams in the UK and India leading product development and R&D. He has held numerous senior IT roles in both the private and public sector most recently focussed at enhancing citizen engagement with public services. His 30 year experience includes leading many large development programmes including the Lead Architect role for the £500m+ programme to re-design and implement the Home Office immigration case work programme replacing 30 legacy systems with a global solution.

Chris Horton

Head of Sales & Marketing

With over 15 years' experience in work with offenders, Chris Horton joined MEGANEXUS in 2020 as Head of Sales and Marketing. He comes from Novus where he was Director of Operations since 2016. He joined the group in 2006 as the Regional Prisons Director in the West Midlands, responsible for the learning and skills delivery in 13 institutions. Prior to this Chris worked at the SFA and previously the LSC, commissioning offender learning. Chris's background is in the voluntary and public sector with over 35 years' experience in the delivery and management of youth work and employability interventions with young people within disadvantaged communities.

Prof. Anthony Finkelstein

Head of Advisory Board

Anthony Finkelstein is Chief Scientific Adviser for UK National Security. His research is based at The Alan Turing Institute and he holds a Chair in Software Systems Engineering at University College London (UCL). He is a visiting professor at Imperial College London and at the National Institute of Informatics, Tokyo, Japan. He is a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering (FREng), an elected Member of Academia Europaea (MAE) and a Fellow of the City and Guilds of London Institute (FCGI). Prior to assuming his current role he was Dean of the UCL Faculty of Engineering Sciences and Head of UCL Computer Science. His scientific work is in the broad area of systems engineering.
