Meganexus has led rehabilitation ICT for Justice, Healthcare and Employability for over a decade. Our core platforms provide educational and rehabilitation services to every prison in England & Wales, as well as to third-sector charities and large and small private sector organisations. 

We place the service user at the heart of digital solutions to create positive social outcomes for some of the most vulnerable people in society using a range of cutting-edge technologies. 

We are looking for someone to work within the Product Team on complex products across the various industries we work in, working in an innovative, dynamic and fast-growing organisation. You will be working with a group of highly skilled and passionate team members to deliver bespoke, cutting-edge solutions for our customers. 

The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and deliverer high-quality, strategic, tactical analysis and recommendations for the best customer experience. A key part of the role will be to document detailed user stories in a Business Driven Development (BDD) approach based on Agile Product Development methodology and groom the user stories with cross-functional teams during ceremonies. 

The candidate will be driven to excel in within product and engineering teams, and continuously engage with staff and customers.
