The opportunity

MegaNexus has led rehabilitation ICT for Justice, Healthcare and Employability for over a decade. Our platform provides educational and through-the-gate services to every prison in England & Wales, as well as third-sector charities and large and small private sector organizations.

We place the service user at the heart of the digital solution. We understand that for many individuals on a journey to social inclusion, there are often many pathways undertaken at the same time - we create the positive social outcomes for some of the most vulnerable people in society, and the digital solutions needed for those tasked with their care. The work has a genuine, tangible impact on so many people's lives.

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, implementing the latest technology to improve our platforms, developing strategies to meet customer demands, working with other departments, as well as monitoring the progress of new MegaNexus products primarily in the Justice domain.

You will need to have a technical background and previous experience in working on a technology product. You will need to be organized and structured in your approach to tasks with excellent communication skills and a good eye for detail. You will report directly into the Head of Product.
