MegaNexus has led rehabilitation ICT for Justice, Healthcare and Employability for over a decade. Our platform provides educational and through-the-gate services to every prison in England & Wales, as well as third-sector charities and large and small private sector organizations.

We are seeking a Marketing Manager with a background in B2B marketing, preferably within the GovTech sector, to help shape and eventually own the marketing direction for the company as we grow. The ideal candidate will have a proven portfolio of collateral and web design, and an understanding of lead generation within a challenging marketplace.

Key responsibilities

    .

  • Own, create and deliver the marketing strategy within agreed budget
  • .

  • Develop and manage lead generation marketing campaign to grow the company's funnel and pipeline
  • .

  • Work closely with sales team to align growth objectives
  • .

  • Update and develop our website
  • .

  • Manage our social media accounts and develop social media strategies as part of lead generation campaigns
  • .

  • Creation of marketing collateral across all sectors that the business operates within including sales support materials
  • .

  • Event management
  • .

  • Facilitate the development of marketing content, covering thought leadership articles, client case studies and testimonials, web content, blogs and webinars. This includes content writing as well as prompting others to write content. Work with key stakeholders inside the company (Senior Management Team, Business analysts, Product owners) to align objectives
  • .

  • Support customer service in defining and coordinating client satisfaction process across our clients
  • .

  • Account management: building relationships with our clients to maintain client satisfaction and identify new opportunities for Meganexus

Bid Management

    .

  • Be responsible for the timely planning, coordination and efficient management of the PQQ/RFP/Tender/Bid Process and submissions.
  • .

  • Coordinate with the Bid Writer to ensure the library of company standard documentation for submissions is kept relevant and updated.
  • .

  • Overview and approval management of the content of bids, pricing sheets and formatting at submission stage
  • .

  • Manage the bid qualification (bid go/no go) process for new opportunities.

The successful candidate

ESSENTIAL

  • Experience in a data-driven B2B environment essential
  • .

  • Demonstrable experience in brand awareness and lead-generation campaigns
  • .

  • Proven digital marketing experience
  • .

  • Competent user of Google Analytics
  • .

  • Demonstrable social media growth and knowledge of industry best practice.
  • .

  • Excellent communication skills and client engagement skills
  • .

  • Tenacious approach to deadlines and keeping everything on track
  • .

  • Ability to change and be adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • .

  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and take seriously the responsibility for delivering these tasks on time and to a high quality.

DESIRABLE

  • Familiarity with IT Learning Platforms

  • Familiarity with the Justice Domain (predominantly Custody & Probation)
