Meganexus undertakes a range of advisory work to assist decision-makers and those accountable for managing publicly funded programs and has delivered a range of successful research projects across the following sectors; prison, employment, education, partnership and membership. The company has strong ties with top universities and works closely with subject matter experts.

The Meganexus client base includes Local Authorities, Regional Development Agencies and HM Prison Service. The advisory work tends to be of three kinds:

Independent Analysis of Projects and Programs
An analysis of performance against plan with recommendations.

Clients are typically those accountable for managing publicly funded programs.
Feasibility and Scoping Exercises
Clients are typically looking to deploy web-based ICT solutions as a means to innovate in the management and delivery of publicly funded programs. Meganexus reports its findings, makes recommendations and provides detailed plans and budgets for specified options.
Research and Decision Support
This includes undertaking surveys of target groups, including ‘hard to reach’ individuals. The research findings are often used to determine where Public funds should be targeted or to select between various courses of action.
