Reduce Re-Offending
Having a job helps reduce re-offending. MegaNexus X-Employ assists ex-offenders to find employment by making them more job-ready. It works with offenders (and their advisors) inside Prison by creating CV Profiles, simulating the job application process and providing access to support agencies (e.g. housing, training). Upon release, the individual can be seamlessly transferred to a public online MegaNexus job brokerage service, providing them with ongoing access to support services, and access to relevant job vacancies and training opportunities.
